Rincon 680 rear diff rebuild help

Hi guys as I feared when I pulled off my rear diff to do the brgr and seen the drive shaft all wobbly and the gears make loud sounds when spinning them so I took the diff plate off and seen the bearings are shot on it one side is even missing some of them and the thing didn't have no oil in it the seal is leaking it out from the drive shaft area so I orderd new kit with bearings and seals but cant find anything on how to replace them. I pretty much know how to get the side bearings out its the pinon gear that worries me I heard u have to have a special tool to get the nut off that holds it in and also the needle bearing that the pinon rides on that looks to be a beesh to get out as well. I seen on a old fourtarx the guy drilled a hole under the bearing and knocked it out with a punch which I hope there's a easier way. and then I read some guy re did his bearings and it was whining after words cause the shims wont match u have to have a new shim that's a certain thickness which I don't know how in the heck u know what thickness is needed and where to even get such a sim. So that begin said this seems to be a mess to do then to top it off the left otter wheel bearings out as well which I'm sure I can do it with no problems. So that begin said any u guys here ever did them out know of a walk through guide on how to do one? thanks in advance.

I seen all kinds of good info in the service manual

Whatever in life be your goal, keep your eye upon the doughnut and not on the hole.

03 Green, UHMW skid, Aluminium products bash plate and stick guards, CDI, Warn Winch and 52" Plow. ITP XTR 26 x 10 /12, Rear Trunk that holds more than 36 beer. Stock wheels cause there is nothing lighter! and over 20,000 KM's with a stupid grin on my face 2017 New piston, rings cam, tensioner, AMSoil 0/40 Synthetic. Like I have a new Rincon 14 years later!
