what did you find logan? I also say wheel bearings shot, both sides. you should not be able to move your wheels like that. while your in there, after you mount your brake bracket, remove the caliper, pull the bottom rubber sleeve on the slide pin bolt, and remove the rubber sleeve on the caliper slide pin bolt. Clean them up and put just enough grease on them so they move free. you have to remove the the pins before you can remove the rubber pices, ive seen these dry and dont allow the caliper to move much as the brakes are used. will cause the pads to wear fast in that condition.

Your that far into the tear down, look close at all 4 ball joints. if they stick or even move up and down with a slight gap, change em if you have the extra $$. well worth it.

i just installed pivot works as cwest150 mentioned. I didnt care for the outer bearing seal, little different than the honda seal, but seemed to seal tight to the wheel hub as it went onto the axle. time will tell.

Just to give everyone an update. Turns out the front bearings were indeed shot. I did order the front rebuild kit for the master cylinder but I am not going to rebuild it until I try it out after the rebuild of the front end.

When I took apart the front end, like many of you suggested the front A-Arm bushings had a little slack and the Upper A-Arm Suspension Bearing was completely shot on both sides as well. Last weekend I had to order the bearings for the suspension. It's been taking a while to get it back together because everytime I took something else off I found something else to buy.

Speaking of, there is BRAND NEW rear suspension on eBay right now for $123.50 shipped for a set... couldn't pass it up so I bought them. Since I got them figured I might as well get some from for the fronts too. So I ordered new Lower Ball Joints for both sides and the shocks from hondapartsline.com and they should be here this Monday or Tuesday.

I also got rear bearings from Moose Racing. I don't need them right now as they seem ok, but figured I'll get them for the near future. The Upper A-Arm Suspension bearings from Moose were pretty sweet. They come with the needle bearing like stock, but also include an aftermarket sleeve type bearing that has some sort of anti-friction material in it.

I got the new front bearing installed in the knuckles, suspension bearings installed, A-Arm bushings installed and rear suspension installed as of right now. I am waiting on the balls joints, front shocks and I'm done. Hopefully front brakes will work like they are supposed to once put back together. I will let you guys know.

Also.. if anyone has problems with the rear end squeaking bad (push down on the rear or going over bumps).. regrease the upper A-Arm on the rear end. So glad that's gone!

I agree with you rebuilding the suspension as you have found needed. However I believe none of that will effect having no brake pressure. Maybe more bleeding will fix the problem, I hope so. I still think that if extra brake bleeding does not solve the problem you will need to replace or rebuild the master cylinder. Even if the calipers are frozen up you would have pressure with the master cylinder but the calipers will not move. If the calipers are not frozen then they would be leaking.

Harley.. You're probably right. I know it's not the calipers because they weren't leaking in my make shift pressure test, but not only that they were just rebuilt about 8 months ago, both sides. We shall see!? I did notice that the master cylinder seems to be leaking a little bit from the lid?? Seals looks good inside but it definetly leaking just a tiny bit. Wonder if it's not holding the compression/pressure? I'll just add that to my #23 order from Honda!

Just to let everyone know the problem with the brakes was the bearings I guess. Put everything back together last night, topped her off with some DOT4 and she was rock solid! Thanks everyone for your help.
