I think mine quieted down a little and I also think the shifts are a little smoother. My only complaint is I don't have any time to ride to ever put any miles on before I change it.

My dealer told me you couldn't use synthetic in my 05 rincon.

I also use the Mobil 1, 4T 1 Racing Oil. It has been in my 05 since it had 100 miles on it. I love it and I also think it shifted better and ran quieter when I switched over.

award: You can use synthetic as long as it is the correct type. Do not put regular Mobil 1 oil in it you have to use the 4T 1 Racing Oil.

Amsoil ATV 4-stroke 0w-40 is what I use, plenty of Rincon riders swear by it.
