In Florida, I ride primarially in Holopaw. It's 10,000 acres of sand, mud and swamp. Lots of diverse riding. It's private land so you need a key to get in. Generally people buy a wet lot for 2k and put 4 people on the deed so you pay 500.00 for a key. It's well worth the 500 bucks (and 6 bucks a year for taxes) There's a range you can shoot at, places to swim and LOTS of riding! I grew up in Melbourne and have been there ( Holopaw ) on many occasions. It's super layed back and easy to get lost and ride for hours. It has a little bit of everything, sand, mud, and trails. It is however, primitive...bring what you need and some stuff you dont, cuz there aint shjt out there but sticks. LoL.

Mike & Peg my Mother-inlaw lives near Wal-Greens Leesburg. You can't just buy a key for Suburban Estates Holopaw. You buy land in Suburban Estates Holopaw. Then you need to buy a key from SEPA Club Inc for $25 per key per owner up to 4 owners. You also need a copy of your recorded deed, copy of tax statement & photo ID. It is optional but you can join SEPA Club Inc after you become an owner. I own 8 dry lots out there. I started a website HolopawFL dotcom & have tons of pictures.
