Default 04 Rubicon Carburetor

My son trashed the carburetor in his 04 Rubicon. If I buy a complete
OEM replacement carb, not a rebuild kit, will the new carb be ready to
install out of the box or will jetting and other adjustments have to be
made before I can get going?? Anybody ever tried this?

It should come just like it was when the ATV was on the Showroom Floor. So it should bolt on and be ready to go. If you have changed any of the jets in your old carb and want the new one to be the same I suggest buying new jets in the size you need.

A/F adjustment still required. You get the factory static adjustment out of the box and yes it will run, but do the proper adjustment to "dial it in"

Probably cheaper to give the original to a Honda shop for a rebuild maybe an hours labour and a few bux for parts depending what got messed up, then reinstall it and "dial it in" either way ya gotta do what ya gotta do...
