Highlifter disk brake rotor proper direction?

Hello everyone.
I haven't posted in awhile but am always reading up on you guys and doing mods based on stuff I see here. Recently I bought the highlifter disk brake conversion. My question is what direction are the slots supposed to go ? I see video and images and they seem to be facing in different directions.

Whatever in life be your goal, keep your eye upon the doughnut and not on the hole.

03 Green, UHMW skid, Aluminium products bash plate and stick guards, CDI, Warn Winch and 52" Plow. ITP XTR 26 x 10 /12, Rear Trunk that holds more than 36 beer. Stock wheels cause there is nothing lighter! and over 20,000 KM's with a stupid grin on my face 2017 New piston, rings cam, tensioner, AMSoil 0/40 Synthetic. Like I have a new Rincon 14 years later!
