That is nice Gregger, River. Gregger, Ireally like the addition to yourporch. What year model do y'all own?

Spending time anywhere a family wants to stop does something good for the soul. I think it gives us now much the same feelings as the people who discovered this country. Ilove camping. Lady Justice is perfectly happy with a 8x8 tent, a book, spiritsand a folding chair

For a year now we have owned a 5500 lb. 2009 Palomina Puma 25RS travel trailer. Measures 28' from front to rear.Took it off a widow woman whos husband recently passed 2 miles form us. She got a chunk of money from his passing and her son went through it like a knife through hot butter. To summarize the story, she was broke and his bad habit was still around.--- One of the reasons we prefer camping is to not sleep on bed covers that "only God knows" who has beeen there. Ihate motels. The first thing I did was throw that cheap $10 mattress out the back door. If I'm going to camp, I am going to be comfortable. Ipurchased a queenmemory foam mattress fromhttp://www.bedinabox.com/memory-foam...-original.html. Ilearned that a standard house size mattress is 3 inches longer than a camper mattress. Ialmost bought the wrong size from Sams.

We really do miss the room of the 39' 1989 Newmar Kountry Star 5ver we sold. Ido not miss the 12,800 lbs empty that Ihad to muscle around.

This thread reminds me, Ihave got to buy a laptop to add to our camping tools. LOL There were some deals to be had on campers this last year.

EDIT: We want to trade up to a 30' travel trailer with one large slide out. 5vers ($$$)are nice, butleaves no where to place the Rincon. My dream is a Newmar Torrey Pine andupgrading my old Dodge cummins. Oh yea, 8 tires on the ground!

We get this "chalet" parked and spend more time outside than in, but I do like the 3 floors and the room inside when the ATV's are on the ground and not on the floor....

River, I think we may go same as you after this one,
Nice set up Gregger!

Nice camping rigs fellers. I agree with you Sunk the fvers are very nice, towing, the room, etc, but there's no room for the wheeler. And everytime we camp we have the wheelers. We own a 2010 North Trail 30 foot bumper tow. It's a 26LRSS with a King slide. We love the slide that's for sure, kind of a necessity being as our older one didn't have one. I love this camper. We've used it a bunch. Camping and atving are my life. There's nothing better than to be out in the middle of nowhere or even in a campground with your atv's.
