I just had my caliper rebuilt at a local shop and installed it without a problem...i tried to bled the caliper without any luck...foot petal bottoms out and would not prime the brakes...so i trotted down to advance auto and borrowed a vacuum bleeder pump which did indeed suck brake fluid threw the caliper but foot petal still bottoms out...any ideas of what to do next

thanks for the help

Every once in a while while riding I find that the footpedal break stops working and bottoms out. I believe that the parking brake lever gets hung up every once in a while. If I compress the parking brake lever and the foot break at the same time repeatedly it seems to free the footpedal break up and starts working again

If found the rear brake set-up on the Rincon is a pain. Ive installed new pads, adjusted properly, aligined arrows etc etc. Ive just learn to not use the rear brake as it doesnt really work. And this is unlike me, but Ive just got fed up with the damn thing.

Try removing the PB Cable to test the foot pedal .... I have seen binding cables slowly consume rear pads.

I wonder if you've got air trapped in the master cylinder?
