They are coming for your guns again

With the latest shooting in Orlando, the Democrats are once again not wasting a good tragedy and instead solving a terrorist problem by attacking the law abiding citizens. Would a Glock with a vest full of magazines....or a shotgun been any different?

Gun control does not seem to be helping France much.

Badda Bing....there you go James, maybe that will liven up the forum. I have been working out of town, or I would have posted this earlier.

Farking idiots. Common sense gun control.

2003 green Rinny (12,400 miles), "25" Bighorn Radials (white letters out) full of extra slime, water pump mod, no warning labels, E Trex, everything else like Mr. Honda made it. 2000 XR 400r (est 3,500 miles). RIDE RED EVEN IF ITS GOT GREEN PLASTIC!

2013 Yamaha Super Te'ne're' (27,400 miles in 22 months), 1996 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 (392,000 miles) on tight and original motor. 2001 4Runner (82,000 miles).

This was nothing more than the FBI not doing their part. He was on the FBI watchlist, he was brought in twice for questioning by the FBI, he was called by the gun shop right before the shooting wanting to buy bulk ammo and a bulletproof vest , and the FBI did nothing about it. Do you think the FBI would step up to the plate on this one ,why not just blame it on gun control.

We don't need gun control, we need the FBI to do their jobs. If you are on a watch list then there should be no way in hell you can buy a gun period. Same if you are not a legal citizen of the US, no guns.

Lest you forget, you can get put on "the list" secretly and without due process. No clear way to get off "the list". I wish it were so simple. I believe we have enough gun laws on the books to deal with this.

We need to quit letting the media sensationalize these events by giving the terrorists name, their photo, the casualty score, the weapon, no specifics of the crime are in the news. Just go "Israeli" on the terrorist family when it happens. Or if the family is in the USA, immediate deportation of wife, kids, all family members and seizure of all assets (this I would let the news photograph and do some pathetic sorrowful stories about). If they come back, immediate jail sentence.

If somebody pledges allegiance to a terrorist group they are sentenced as a traitor, renounce their citizenship, and sent to the terrorist country of origin they long to join. If they return....quick ticket to jail.

I agree on the not a legal citizen part. I do not agree at ALL on the "if you are on a watch list".

Do you trust some government bureaucrat who can arbitrarily put ANYONE on a watch list with NO DUE PROCESS? Consider that along with the fact that the IRS targeted right wing leaning organizations for audits simply because of their political views. Consider that you could lose your 2nd Amendment rights simply because you voice dissatisfaction with the current regime who is running this country into the ground. That's all it might take to end up on a "watch list" and thus lose your rights.

Quite frankly, in this day and age, if you AREN'T on a government watchlist you should be ashamed of yourself.

There is due process to be followed before the government should be able to strip someone's rights from them.

Better go buy up all the AR-15's and bulk ammo you can afford, while it's still available!

BTW, good point, Jeep. Totally agree. Bureaucrats running amok with the power of office...

Interestingly enough, there doesn't seem to be much of a run on guns and ammo this time around.

I think the market is saturated due to past panic buying. Everyone who thought they might ever need an AR has bought one.

Given the non-compliance in Conn I'd say that even if they are banned, Joe America won't turn his in.

They say if it's time to bury your guns, it's also time to dig them up and use them.

Gun control is simply a matter of hitting what you are shooting at, nothing more, nothing less..........

2007 Red Rincon, hand and thumb warmers, cycle country v-plow, 3000# Warn Winch, reverse override mod, custom aluminum box by barry, front and rear ATV-Guru bumpers

2008 ford F150 Supercrew
2017 Harley Road Glide Ultra
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather skid in sideways, cigar in one hand, beer in the other, body used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO HOO, what a ride!!!!!!
