Squealing noise from rear

My brother passed away, and left his 2005 Rincon 650 to my son. It had been sitting for a couple of years, but we cleaned the carb, put new fuel and a new spark plug, and got it running pretty good. Problem is, after about 100 yards, there's a high-pitched squeal that starts up from the right rear.
Bad bearing? Rear brake dragging? What's the best guess?
My brother never was one for much maintenance, so I'm thinking it probably needs both replaced anyways.

Well, I finally got into it. (Bad hip has kept me down for a bit.) ATV definitely needs wheel bearings all around. Left front came off first, and had no trace of grease. Needs ball joints, brakes, cv joint boots.

Already put in it a new ignition circuit (my son lost the key), a new battery, rebuilt the carb. Also needs tires, probably shocks, needs radiator flushed, oil changed, and who knowd what else!!!

I could probably spend a couple of grand on this heap, and still not be done.

Knowing my brother (may he rest in peace), there's never been any maintenance done on it...since 2005!

I'm tired; I may just scrap it.
