I have a 03 Rincon 650 I bought the bike used and it rode great. I decided that it was time for a oil change so I changed oil and filter with the Honda 40w. After that it started having troubles pulling!! I've had the case apart and checked the low clutches and they are fine. I did find a inner o-ring that was apart. I replaced it then reassembled it. Results was same once taking case apart again o-ring was torn again. I replaced it again and it went together alot smoother so I think o-ring is fine but the Rincon still doesn't want to pull and then sometimes it pulls and no problem until I get it in a bind and get on accelerator. My 4wheel drive isn't working as well nor is my esp. It's like the bike is maybe sticking between gears or maybe I have the torque converter tightened to tight. Is there specs on torque per lb. on the nuts inside the case such as the one on the torque converter? Can anyone help please!!!?

I do not believe so.If you torqued it to tight and it stripped the thread's and it came loose you will have a problem. So I would check that.

Another question. The tube from bottom of oil pump to center case has movement and not sitting flush. You can grab it with pliers and there is little to no resistance. Should it be like that?

Harley Dog Thanks for your input!! I replaced every o-ring and groment in the front case and opened the oil pump it's self and the 2nd slinger was out of time. Between slinger timing and bad o-rings it wasn't getting the proper oil pressure to run correctly. After almost 5 quarts of oil to fill the torque and case my Rincon is running and pulling perfectly.
