hate to just reach out but you seem to know your stuff on these things I am fairly good with motors and such but this thing is pissing me off at every turn I had to redo the sleeve for the piston new piston and rings new fuel pump relay new fuel injector new coil pack new plug and wire new water pump it runs ok but if it gets past half throttle it bogs and stalls and every few minutes it shuts off if I tap the fuel pump relay it kicks the pump back on (I'm sure that's lose connector) my main question is how much more would I have to put in this thing I'm at the point couldn't be to much more but the top end makes a kind of chatter noise but it comes and goes and and doesn't get worse or better with throttle

was worded for a message but not paying for all that
If you’re asking me I’m not going to be much help. My Rincon is an old, carbed model and I haven’t done much work on the EFI machines.
I read your post again. For the poor running, it’s typically the fuel filter. The rattling noise is likely the cam chain tensioner. I have posts on the CCT. Others have posts the EFI fuel filter.
you just seem to know a lot about these machines i think its an air leak could that cause the popping and stalling at higher rpm? and I have the chain tight but the tensioner I have isn't like the spring loaded one

If you have a manual CCT, make sure you watch a YouTube or read up on how to adjust it. You don’t want it too tight and it requires occasional adjustment.

An air (vacuum) leak can cause popping. One way to look for air leaks is to spray WD40 on potential vacuum leaks and listen for the rpm to increase.

You have done a lot of work on the engine. You’re going to need to go back through and be sure something you did isn’t wrong. Recheck valve timing for sure.
valves are adjusted to spec per manual I couldn't find any vacuum leaks but defintly will check the tensoner out i kinda just snugged it down and locked it fuel but fixed pretty much all my problems exept for the braking up at higher rpm it acts like its starving for fuel
