Excessively stiff/squeaky suspension

I bought my 15 680 several years ago from a texas auction in hopes of making it my new work mule around the farm. My current issue is the suspension has almost no play, front and back, which make it hard to turn, and very very stiff/squeaky. It came with a 2" frame lift, and I think highlifter yellow springs.
Should I replace all the bushings or replace shocks first??

If it’s never seen maintenance, remove and lubricate all the pivot points including removing the sway bar bushings and clean them well. The highlifter springs are very stiff. I put them on when plowing as I add about 120 lbs on the rack for traction. The stock springs may be to soft for farm work. In any case , the lift will wear out your cv joints much faster. Once the springs are off he shock, you may determine the shocks are in fact ok.

Thanks for the reply Oil, my next weekend off ill try to get some work done to it.
You were spot on with the pivot points, I ended replacing and greasing all the seals and bushings in the rear and it feels way better! But damn is oem is expensive, anyone know any aftermarket places to get bushings and seals??
I would stick to OEM replacement parts. Some of the aftermarket companies offer a replacement part at a considerable cost savings. These aftermarket replacement parts are usually low quality and wear out extremely quickly.
