Flash code 11

Hello fellow rincon riders. I have a 2005 Honda Rincon. I replaced the carburetor, which came with new tps, and now when I give it throttle in neutral, or put the atv in drive, it throws the flash code 11. It seems like no matter where I put the tps it still does this. I’m aware of the 580-620 ohms but I am not getting anywhere near this range at any position. I’ve also attempted the initial set up procedure with the shift arrows and the throttle. It just ends up doing the slow flash and never goes back to neutral to show complete. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
