I have a pair of ITP C Series rims that were on my Foreman.My question is do they sell a spacer or something so that the rims will fit my Rincon?

It looks like they are going to rub in the rear.

The Rincon uses 4 front rims. As long as you have the right ones, no spacer is needed. They will stick out about an inch further on each side than stock.

The rubicon uses the 5+2 front and a 2+5 rear.

The rincon uses 4 5+2's although I have seen people run the rubicon combo on a rincon after trimming the rear fender flares.
