Hi Guys,
I have an 08 Rincon that wont spark! Right now the bike is at the mechanic shop. They are a certified Honda dealer.
After running diagnostics, they are telling me that everything is pointing towards having to put in a new computer. $1400.

my question is, and like I asked the mechanic - everything else works perfectly, so how can no spark mean a new computer is needed?

any thoughts? Has anyone else come across this?

If that is the only way you can get repaired than do it. Just make sure you tell them if it dosn't work you will not pay. Now adays a lot of shops just keep replacing parts until they find the problem.

My 2007 was no spark and it was the crank position sensor
