I hat to post this but here goes)

Stupid is as Stupid does, here! Somewhere during one of the oil and filter changes on my Rincon, I have lost the washer. Which brings me to 2 questions.
1. Where does it go? After the spring is what the manual seems to show. Does the spring pass through it and it rides next to the nut? Front side or back side of the filter? I am assuming the sping goes inside the filter. I just don't remember..........

2. Does any one know the dimensions of the washer? I would rather purchase one of the local place that carries metric nuts and bolts, etc. Honda has to order it.
Thanks for any input. Signed: Forest's brother.

it goes against the rubber seal on the outside of the filter, then comes the spring then the cover.

Thanks. I finally found one locally today at a Honda shop and didn't have to order one. Will install it tonight.

it sticks to the filter, you probably threw it away with the old filter.
