One of my rear inner CV boots is torn on my Rincon and was wondering if anyone had the shop manual and could e-mail me the procedure.(I am assuming this is not covered under factory warranty) The boot that is torn is the one where the rear driveshaft goes into the differential. I looked at it and don't see how the driveshaft comes out of the differential because it's not bolted in. Any help on procedure, difficulty and price would be very helpful.

Thanks

Matt,
I had a similar occurence, mine was an outer cv boot, and my dealer covered it under warranty. It never hurts to try. The guy was really decent because he knew I would be back as a repeat customer. If your wheeler is fairly new they may just fix it in order to avoid any negatives toward a fairly new model.

Good Luck.

Thanks Hodag

I guess I should call the dealer and ask. It is a 04' with only 650 miles. I was just wondering how bad it would really be to do it myself if I had to.

What is your email address? The process looks pretty simple.
