Well my rear diff had some water in it so I ordered some axle seals. When I took the old ones out on 1 side I forgot to note the orientation because I was too busy admiring the JB weld that was covering the cracks. Yes I bought it used. Anyways until I can spring for a new rear diff can anyone please tell the proper way the 2 seals go into each side?

Not sure a new seal will help there! On the photo below, the second photo (with the hands) shows the rear seal installed. Hope that pic helps.

There are 2 seals per side when u buy them. Do they get married together then pressed in? Seems like its only 1 seal from all the diagrams I have looked at.

@jonnyd , I am sure you are thinking this already, but I would go over that ATV with a lot of detail. Looks like the previous owner only had a hammer, pliers, and a chisel in his "tool box".
