2003 Honda Rincon. Was riding and all of a sudden hear a squeaking from rear wheels. I jacked it up and when I turn the wheels for maybe 1/4 of the rotation there is a felt resistance, dragging and a squeaking noise. I think it's coming from the brake. Anyone had this before?. What should I do. Replace rotor and pads?

Another side note a few weeks ago. I attempted a rear brake bleed but when I cracked the bleed valve nothing would come out.. barely a dribble.. I even removed it completely and no fluid would come out.

Might find a rock wedged under your rear rotor. The rear brake ass'y is not like a car, you have to screw in the piston prior to changing a brake pad. Use a vacuum tool and bleed the rear brake properly... it's to hard to try and pump the brake, hold and bleed unless your rubber man. Your rear caliper has 2 arrows on it. If they are pointing at each other the brakes are done.
