I have some Cabelas gift certificates I need to use up. I was looking at their 2000 lb. Superwinch. Does anyone know anything about these? Also is a 2000 lb. winch adequate? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Heck hondaman! Just add a few dollars and get a Warn 3.0. I've never had a problem with the Warn 3.0. I know some guys with 2000 lb winches and their atv's as big as the Rincon. They've been stuck pretty good and the 2000 wouldn't break the tire suction. Guess it depends on what type riding you plan to do or what you plan to use the winch for.

Dont waste your money on a Superwinch I have the ATV 3000 on my Ribicon and it broke the drive gear only after using it to lift a snow plow.I will have to say that Superwinch did replace it with no questions asked.I also have the Warn 2500 on my Rincon and for the money the Warn is just made better and has more power than 3000 Superwinch.
