Pretty morning. Seven deer stopped by.

Then a coyote made a bad mistake and sat down about 50 yards from me looking at my decoy. Coyote is on his way to meet his maker.

Benelli Super Black Eagle. It’s my 3.5 inch, 12ga waterfowl gun. It works fine for Turkey too.

No deer were harmed during that hunt. However, just a few months back…

My tower stand is situated in a target rich environment. Look closely over my shoulder.

My stand has a 350 yard shooting lane. Sometimes they are a bit closer though.
