All,
Has anyone been to the jamboree in Utah? I am planning on going in September 2004. I would enjoy any information that you have. I have visited quite a few web sites about it but would like some information about rejetting since I am in GA presently.

Thanks
John

Ridge Runner,

I have been to Richfield a nubmer of times. I have avoided the jamboree just for the fact there are way to many people on the trails. If you like large groups of atvers it will be great for you. I have spoken with a lot of people that have went and they have loved it. I do know there is a fee some where around $125 but it includes some good food (so I heard).

Using the dyno jet kit you would want a 138 or a 136 main jet. According to my cousin who works at Jorgensens Honda in Richfield UT. I havn't been back to Richfield since I have installed the dynojet kit. I am going down there in June for a week. I will let you know how my bike runs.

Ridge Runner,

I just spent a couple days down in Richfield. We covered a little over 150 miles in the two days. I jetted my rincon with a 138 main dyno jet and the fuel mixture screw was 2 1/4 turns out. The bike was still able to wheelie at 10,000 feet but the mid and top end were very slugish. I didn't take make jet kit so I couldn't make any changes to see if any other combination would work better. I also noticed at around 5000 to 6000 feet near town I would hit 61mph. However as soon as it hit the rev limiter I lost power and my speed dropped to 55mph. I couldn't get it back even if I was going down hill on pavment. I think it might be because of the smaller main jet. At least I hope this is what caused the loss of power. Hopefully not the O ring problem everyone is talking about.

All in all the trip was great the mountains are beautiful and we saw plenty of deer and elk. Let me know if you have any questions.

have any of you guys ever gone to the filmore jamborie? Ya there's a lot of peopel but a lot of nice people to meet and the trails we went on we only had like 20 people at the most with us at a time. The poker run was busy bu that's cuz everyone went on that. It's a great place to ride and i've heard it's less crowded during the filmore one.
