I'd have to say Maker's Mark. Not too sweet yet has a nice oak flavor, just not overpowering and acidic like Woodford in higher quantities. Can be mixed, neat or on ice. Best I've ever had was Wild Turkey 101 that was on the shelf for 12 years, the folks in Thailand weren't bourbon drinkers so it was a slow seller advantage, me!
I would have to say my everyday bourbon would be Jim Beam, but if I'm just wanting to enjoy a nice sip then it would have to be Bookers, then Nob Creek, then Bakers. I have a bottle of single barrel Knob Creek that I got to hand dip and fill at the distillery last year that is very nice to sip on.
The 'Johnny Drum Private stock' comes from Willett distillery..their family of bourbon is all good, I wouldn't buy the base grade though it's fine for mixing...I enjoy on the rocks and not on very long.
