2015 680 ESP fault.

I
have a '15 680 Rincon.
As soon as the key is turned on, The gear position indicator is flashing "- -" and the ESP indicator is flashing the same sequence. The flashing sequence appears to be a code of 3 long 2 short.
This does this regardless of the position of any of the switches on the handle bars, engine running or not, and it will not change gears.
Any ideas?

Error is 32 (3 long 2 short)

Is that the only page of troubleshooting for that code?
Replace the PCM?
How does the fail safe relay circuit operate?

Yes there are other pages. Lots of "could be's" like a problem with your 4 wheel drive, or various sensors (speed, angle) Water inside plugs... I suggest you purchase the shop manual for further troubleshooting. Others may jump in with ideas too.
